Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use StockZeo. If you are not legally able to agree to these Terms on your own, you may use StockZeo only with authorization from a parent or legal guardian where required.

• Provide accurate account and age information and keep your sign-in credentials secure.
• Use only your own account and notify support if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
• Use a school email address for campus features only when you are authorized to access that email account.

Paper trading only

StockZeo is a simulation and educational product. It does not open or connect to a brokerage account, accept deposits, hold funds or securities, transmit live orders, or provide withdrawals. All cash balances, trades, portfolios, returns, awards, rankings, and challenge results in StockZeo are virtual and have no monetary value.

Nothing in StockZeo is investment, legal, tax, or financial advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any security, or a promise of future performance. Paper-trading performance does not predict real-world results.

Market data and simulated execution

StockZeo obtains quotes, charts, profiles, search results, and news from external providers. Data may be delayed, cached, inaccurate, incomplete, unavailable, or subject to provider limits.

For simulated market orders, StockZeo obtains a price when processing the order. A displayed price may differ from the simulated execution price, and a paper order may be rejected when no valid market price is available.

Friends, challenges, and campus competitions

StockZeo may allow you to connect with other users, participate in challenges, unlock achievements, and join eligible campus competitions. These features are for educational engagement only. Challenge bankrolls are separate virtual balances and rankings do not represent financial results or prizes unless StockZeo separately publishes written rules stating otherwise.

Campus features may require verification of an eligible school email and are limited to authorized users of that email address. You must not impersonate another person, misrepresent school affiliation, manipulate rankings, or interfere with another user's participation.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Access another user's account or attempt to bypass authentication, authorization, rate limits, or other safeguards.
• Submit malicious code, automate abusive requests, scrape or overload the service, or disrupt StockZeo or its providers.
• Use StockZeo for unlawful, misleading, fraudulent, harassing, or infringing activity.
• Use market data or application content in violation of applicable third-party rights or provider terms.

Availability and account action

StockZeo may add, change, suspend, or remove features, content, virtual balances, challenges, rankings, or access to the service. Market data and third-party sign-in or email-delivery services may be unavailable without notice.

StockZeo may restrict or terminate access, remove simulated activity, or disqualify challenge participation when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users or the service, address misuse, or comply with law.

Intellectual property

StockZeo and its application design, text, branding, software, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Subject to these Terms, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended educational purpose. Third-party market data and provider materials remain subject to their respective owners' rights and terms.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, StockZeo is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of uninterrupted availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. You are responsible for decisions you make outside the simulation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, StockZeo and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or losses arising from reliance on market data or simulated results. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Privacy, changes, and contact

The Privacy Policy explains how information is handled in connection with StockZeo. We may revise these Terms as the product changes; updated Terms will be posted here with a revised effective date. Continued use after updated Terms are posted means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
