Contact Support

When contacting support, include enough detail to identify the account, page, and action involved.

Information to include

  • Account email
  • Browser and device
  • Page or action that failed
  • Exact error text
  • Approximate time of issue
  • Whether the issue happened after signup, social sign-in, trading, adding cash, cashing out, friend activity, challenge activity, campus verification, or settings changes
  • For privacy requests, specify whether you are requesting access, correction, or deletion of account information

Do not send passwords, one-time links, access tokens, private credentials, brokerage credentials, or bank information.
