Information to include
- Account email
- Browser and device
- Page or action that failed
- Exact error text
- Approximate time of issue
- Whether the issue happened after signup, social sign-in, trading, adding cash, cashing out, friend activity, challenge activity, campus verification, or settings changes
- For privacy requests, specify whether you are requesting access, correction, or deletion of account information
Do not send passwords, one-time links, access tokens, private credentials, brokerage credentials, or bank information.
