StockZeo is designed so signed-in users can access their own account data and paper-trading activity, while sensitive actions require an authenticated session.
Account safeguards
- Keep your email account and StockZeo password secure.
- Use password reset if you suspect your password is exposed.
- Do not share reset links, sign-in links, or campus verification links.
- Sign out on shared devices.
- Contact support if you notice activity you do not recognize.
Trading safeguards
StockZeo validates paper trades independently before updating your simulated account. A displayed estimate is not a guarantee that a paper order will be accepted.
Information to avoid sending
Do not send passwords, one-time links, access tokens, private keys, government ID numbers, bank information, or brokerage credentials in a support request.
